Prenatal Yoga

Private individual or private groups (separate rate) for tailor made prenatal yoga classes to prepare your body, mind & heart for birth. We can also address any pregnancy specifications (i.e. pelvic girdle pain, optimal fetal positioning, labor & birth positions, etc)

Postpartum Yoga or Recovery

Individual private sessions to meet you where you are on your postpartum journey; these can include pelvic floor balancing, addressing diastasis recti, core re-integration, and/or using embodiment practices to reconnect with who you are now and who you are becoming.

Childbirth Education

I offer, biannually, Love Based Birth® Childbirth Education classes for couples, as well as can tailor individual sessions to cover topics that are specific for your journey. For 1:1, we can have a 15 min free chat to figure out your main needs & direction, and then schedule private sessions according to our schedules.

These sessions may include topics such as:

- Developing an overall Roadmap for the journey of pregnancy, birth & postpartum

- How to create your pregnancy/birth/postpartum team

Anatomy & physiology of the labor & birth process

- How to work with the intensity of labor and support your body to open and mind to relax

- The essential role of dads/partners in supporting your changing body & mental landscape during pregnancy, birth & postpartum

- Learning about active labor & birth positions

- Working with twists and turns; understanding your options for preference A, B, C

- Developing a birth plan

- Supporting your baby's microbiome & immune system

- Emotional & mental support for the transformation of matrescence

Pelvic health yoga

Individual sessions to address hypertonic or hypotonic pelvic floor diagnoses, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, proplapse or general pelvic health. I love to work alongside pelvic health physios and can also refer you if you need an assessment.

Body Ready Method® Assessment & Package

Utilizing the Body Ready Method® Five Pillar system; pelvis, pelvic floor, core, upper body and movement patterns, this program can help minimize pregnancy aches and pains, help you have a more efficient pregnancy and birth as well as optimize pelvic floor responsiveness. By assessing your body balance thru the 5 pillars, I can tailor a program for you to stack the cards in your favor for an easier birth and recovery and to help you feel empowered throughout the childbearing process.

Are you a prenatal / postpartum yoga teacher?

Along my journey, I realised how important it is to have a mentor, though this becomes more difficult with each specilisation!

Therefore, I create different Online Mentorship Programs to work with prenatal/postpartum yoga teachers to refine, evolve & launch their offerings and/or to deepen their knowledge base on specific topics.
