I offer, biannually, Love Based Birth® Childbirth Education classes for couples, as well as can tailor individual sessions to cover topics that are specific for your journey. For 1:1, we can have a 15 min free chat to figure out your main needs & direction, and then schedule private sessions according to our schedules.

Individual sessions to address hypertonic or hypotonic pelvic floor diagnoses, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, proplapse or general pelvic health. I love to work alongside pelvic health physios and can also refer you if you need an assessment.

Utilizing the Body Ready Method® Five Pillar system; pelvis, pelvic floor, core, upper body and movement patterns, this program can help minimize pregnancy aches and pains, help you have a more efficient pregnancy and birth as well as optimize pelvic floor responsiveness. By assessing your body balance thru the 5 pillars, I can tailor a program for you to stack the cards in your favor for an easier birth and recovery and to help you feel empowered throughout the childbearing process.
