Not sure where to start?

  • Whether you are postpartum or not, you may like to start with the 3 hour Nourishing the Pelvic Landscape course. This is a wonderful way to orient to your pelvic terrain and understand the WHY behind the importance of pelvic health. This will also give you a taste of the way Amber teaches, in case you like to journey further.

  • If you are a postpartum woman, our recommendation is to next enrol in the 5-week Core Awakening for Postpartum Women, as this course is specific & more supportive to your journey. You will be able to hear from other postpartum women on the course, as well as listen to soul-nourishing discussions that might just meet you exactly where you are currently.

    You can easily deepen the concepts from the 3 hour course if you took that first (which is not obligatory).

  • If you are not postpartum or do not feel that you can connect with that phase any longer, our recommendation is to enrol in the True Core for All Women course. You will be able to put into practice all that we discuss in the Nourishing the Pelvic Landscape course through four 75 min practices.

  • If your interest is only in the physical, then we recommend the Nourishing the Pelvic Landscape course, as well as the True Core for All Women.
