Embodied Woman Prenatal Yoga (LIVE - online) - Gentle Flow and Active Flow

Pregnancy can be such a potent time for an expectant mother as she embraces change on every level of her being, as she steps towards the labyrinth of birth and the shedding of who she is now in order to bring forth a new human being. These prenatal classes take into consideration all the layers that are shifting as the pregnant woman nurtures life within her. Not only do we explore asanas that are supportive and beneficial for each trimester of pregnancy, as well as include modifications for pregnancy complications, we also dive more deeply into mental and emotional nourishment, asanas, breathwork and meditation for mental and physical birth preparation and practices that cultivate an empowered approach towards birth and the postpartum experience.

Gentle Flow Prenatal Yoga

Mondays

4:30pm - 5:45pm SGT

These classes include more subtle practices that are relevant for pregnancy, labor, birth and preparation for postpartum such as pelvic floor balancing, breathwork and visualisation, deep core stabilization, meditation and restorative poses.

Active Flow Prenatal Yoga

Thursdays

23 April - 25 June

10:30am - 11:45am SGT

20 SGD / session

These classes include a balance of vinyasa and hatha yoga that builds strength, endurance and agility, leading towards an active and empowered birth experience.

Classes will be conducted LIVE through Zoom. Please use the link below to either Register or to Inquire. After you complete Registration, Amber will be in touch with you regarding payment options, as well as to share the Zoom ID and password.
