Module 1: Rhythm Reset - Resetting natural rhythms, connecting to the body and finding harmony within ourselves

As our world has suddenly turned online, with little to no connection to nature, one another or to ourselves, it is easy to feel out of sync with your natural rhythms. This program offers a simple starting place for those who feel intuitively that they want change but are not sure how to get there. In this 3-week program, we will look closely at three simple habits to bring into our daily life as a way to reset our natural clock, as well as introduce easy to practice body & breath awareness techniques as the first step in reconnecting with our physical form. To live fully is to live embodied.

Our program together includes: 

  • 3 LIVE online calls (75min) where we will introduce and explore a habit to implement, as well as experience a brief embodiment practice

  • 1 LIVE Q&A call 

  • PDF notes to accompany each session 

  • Weekly body/breath practices

  • Recordings of all sessions

Module 2: HeartFULL Living - Cultivating Self Love, Gratitude and Heart Connection

Living in a fast paced digital world, many of us have lost connection with our feelings, the world of the heart. As a consequence, not only are we closed off from connection to ourselves and others, but we also have lost the art of gratitude, the secret ingredient for a stress free life. In this 3-week program, we will look closely at three simple habits to bring heart connection and gratitude back into our life, as a way to live more fully and freely. We will also introduce easy to practice body/breath awareness techniques as a means to connect to the heart centre. 

Module 3: Centre of the Cyclone - De-stressing & Rediscovering your Presence

With so much multitasking and hat wearing, it is no surprise that most of us are incredibly stressed and are unable to access the peace within ourselves. In this 3-week program, we will look closely at three simple habits to de-stress and recentre ourselves, as well as experience weekly breath/body practices to support this process. 

Module 4: Food as Medicine - Conscious Eating & Cultivating the Power of Digestion

This program is intended to help individuals reset their relationship with food, developing a cleaner and more mindful way of eating, as well as restoring their digestive capacity. In this 3-week program, we will look closely at three simple steps towards creating a healthier diet, as well as introduce breath / body practices to harness our digestive power. 

ABOUT AMBER

As an Embodiment Facilitator, Amber shares the joy of living through holistic practices of yoga, active meditations, elemental wellness and pre/postnatal support. With more than 20 years of study and practice in Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, as well as a PhD in Biomedical Engineering in the field of stem-cell tissue repair, Amber brings a unique perspective on healing and self-discovery through the influence of scientific and ancient wisdoms. From 2009 - 2018, Amber founded a community in the heart of Singapore known as Satsanga where she has offered & organised weekly active meditation, yoga classes and community events. After enjoying the birth of her little one in 2015, Amber’s work primarily focuses on empowering women to have a conscious pregnancy, birth experience and preparedness for motherhood. Currently she serves as a midwife assistance, birth doula, teaches pre and postnatal yoga, as well as offers her own 85hr YA Embodied Woman Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training biannually. In 2020, Amber founded the Embodied Woman Yoga Academy, which is a platform for courses, CEUs, Yoga Teacher Trainings and resources related to women’s health, particularly pregnancy and postpartum. Amber currently resides in Singapore and travels the world with her family, inspiring holistic living through her offering of Intuitive Elemental Guidance, active meditation, many forms of yoga, birth support, retreats, immersions and yoga teacher trainings.
